VANDA inspired products always include free USPS First Class shipping to anywhere in the USA. As many products are made when ordered, please allow 3-5 business days to ship out. Delivery can take up to 10 days. If you haven’t received your package in 15 business days, please contact me. On the rare occasion, a package may get lost in the mail. I provide refund / replacements after 30 days.

I hope you LOVE your new jewelry as much as I loved making it! I take pride in my work and I want you to feel pride wearing it. But, if for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, VANDA inspired has an easy 30-day return policy. Simply fill out the enclosed return form and mail it back along with the item. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Refunds: Typically handled within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued via the method originally used and funds typically process within 10 days.

Replacements: Certain items are replaceable, such as Sjarmere chains and Letter Sjarm Charms. Items that are one-of-a-kind and limited availability can not be replaced, only returned for a refund. If you're not sure, contact me.

I stand behind my products. All handcrafted items include lifetime limited repairs. As long as VANDA inspired is still in business, you can send any item from this brand back to repair minor damage.

Contact me first with details to verify it's something I can repair. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me and I will handle the rest. Based on repair needs, allow up to 4 weeks before shipping back to you.

Minor damage includes: scratched metal, some bent metal, broken jump rings, and redoing patina. I can not replace most lost components, especially gemstones.
